Heat-generating pair of laminated glass

Heated insulated glass

This is a multi-layer glass with a conductive film deposited on the hollow layer side, equipped with electrodes for conductivity. By applying current between the electrodes, the glass is forcibly heated, functioning as a heater-integrated multi-layer glass. The conductive film is almost transparent, and the electrodes are not exposed on the glass surface, ensuring a clear view. It is also possible to incorporate heaters on both sides. ◇Single-Sided Heater◇ Please use it in an environment where the temperature on the low-temperature side is kept almost constant. Install it so that the heater surface faces the warm side, heating the glass to a slightly higher temperature than the warm side ambient temperature, which prevents condensation even when the dew point temperature is reached. ◇Double-Sided Heater◇ Please use it in environments such as environmental testing chambers where temperature changes inside the chamber are significant. If the glass cannot keep up with the temperature rise inside the chamber and condensation occurs on the inner side, measures against condensation on both the inside and outside of the chamber will be necessary. At Sanwaiz, we also manufacture multi-layer glass in a dedicated factory. In addition to using it for our own products that require low-temperature working environments or some soundproofing performance, we also sell multi-layer glass as a standalone product. Particularly, we can produce high-insulation multi-layer glass and multi-layer glass for use in special environments in small lots, making it suitable for general residences as well as freezing and refrigeration facilities and environmental testing chambers.
